Pokemon Pearl "How to get the National Dex" Cheat
To get the National Dex you have to have seen (not caught just seen) all 149 pokemon. Then talk to Pro. Rowan and while you are talking to him Prof. Oak from the Kanto Region will walk in the door and give it to you.
